I’m all for a good cause and with October being Breast Cancer Awareness Month, painting the town pink is something we should all be up for.
I’m sure every one’s familiar with Scholl‘s nifty contraption – the Velvet Smooth Express Pedi. Almost everyone and their mothers are talking about how it gives you smooth and baby-soft feet! 😉 But for those who need a refresher, do allow me to give you a short run through of what this device is all about along with a bit of comments here and there that will serve as my mini review. 😉
Nobody likes cracked heels or feet with rough and dry skin. Imagine wearing strappy footwear only to reveal ugly feet to people. Que horror!
Thing is, a lot of people do overlook their feet. They clean and moisturise their face every night while their feet go unnoticed until they start experiencing cracked and rough feet. 🙁

Easy to use
When you buy the Scholl Velvet Smooth Express Pedi, it already comes with the four batteries you will need so you you can use it. It also comes assembled and with easy instructions for you to follow as to how to use the product. It takes only one step to turn it on and get smoother, softer feet.
All you have to do is let the filing head lightly run through the dry skin on your feet for a few seconds. Make sure you don’t put too much pressure or leave the device running on a certain area for too long. I don’t really have a lot of dry skin on my feet but whatever minimal dryness I have there, this tool has definitely eliminated. I also love slathering on some foot cream after using the Velvet Smooth Express Pedi to keep my feet soft.
I also love that the device’s handle is ergonomically shaped so it’s actually a pleasure to use.
Turning Pink this October
This device usually comes in blue but for this month, you can purchase it in pink! For every purchase of the pink Scholl Velvet Smooth Express Pedi sold between 1 October 2015 till 15 November 2015, RM10 will be donated to the Breast Cancer Welfare Association (BCWA) in Malaysia!
The device costs RM135.20 each and comes with one roller head that you can use for up to 12 foot treatments. Once it dulls, you can get refills at 2 pieces for RM52.30. Not bad, eh?
But really, the best part about this is that you get pretty feet while helping spread awareness about Breast Cancer!
